I have a shipment thats been sitting in the warehouse for over 2 weeks now. Delivery agent simply updates that customer is not available without coming. Customer service daily simply gives generic answer that it’ll get delivered in 24hrs. No accountability at all.

I have bought a Realme Wireless Buds in February. One of the sides stopped working. I visited service center( Kukatpally,Hyderabad) twice in 2 weeks. They deny that they don't have stock and visit other service center which is very far away. Worst service.
