@PanvelCorp has been using my 5400 https://t.co/2A5L5XMbYu plot (Survey No.8/3/60, Subplot No. 24, Dudhani) for Gadeshware Dam storage for 15 years without legal acquisition. RTI shows no land has been acquired for the dam in 40 years. I request PMC to acquire my plot or give NOC

@PanvelCorp According to RTI from Alibaug Land Acquisition Department, which confirms that no land has been acquired for the extension of Gadeshware Dam in the past 40 years. While PMC has not legally acquired my plot, they have been utilizing it for water storage illegally for the 15 years.
