@turo doesn’t take care of their customers. Stranded for hours with vehicle that doesn’t work. First day of our trip ruined. Spent 5 hours on the phones with their teams to get help. Never again. It’s embarrassing. Think I’ll start my own version that puts customers first!!!!!
@zinusUSA hey all FIVE mattresses we just purchased are hard as a rock. We have purchased dozens from you for our rentals and they are never like this. Your team says it doesn’t warranty “comfort” this is not about comfort it that the product is wrong! Make this right!!!!!!!!

@RingCentral TCR registration process is god awful. How do you have a whole department dedicated to this and they walk us through and still get denials. Tons of wasted time and money. Get it together.

@Airbnb here we go again. Had a guest arrive to an experience early highly intoxicated and never even made it to the location of the actual event and then left. I reached to Airbnb for help and thought I had received help. Followed up today and no help. Thanks for protecting us!
@Airbnb why has it been over 72hrs since I have heard back about a safety concern? After multiple attempts of reaching out to get an issue addressed it seems your team is no help. What does the “Trust & Safety” team even do? Not a whole lot of “Trust” here.
