I do trust the CDC but the policies that are formed based on CDC guidelines need to take into consideration how many americans willfully choose not to take the vaccine and will gladly lie about it for self-interest

The problem with the new CDC guidelines is that the majority of americans arent vaccinated and many dont plan to be so w/o a way to differentiate between those who are and those who are not, immunocompromised ppl are put at risk and the chances of variants spreading increase
