I 100% agree. Whenever I’ve used WooCommerce, my entire team including CX team would absolutely hate using it.
You essentially log in the WP dash, and not a dedicated Woo dash/backend. But as you navigate woo pages like orders and products, it feels very outdated.
IMO a headless OMS for Woo with more features built in is the future.
If you run a DTC brand and feel like post-purchase is messy, expensive, and manual — you’re exactly who we’re building this for. Building for @Shopify@WooCommerce@BigCommerce
Follow along as we build @orderctrl .
The future of post-purchase is unified.
Most brands use 5–10 different tools after the order:
• Returns app
• Tracking app
• Subscriptions
• Helpdesk
• Package protection
• Warranties
• Order editing
Nothing talks to each other.
It’s slow, expensive, and frustrating for both customers and support teams.
We’re building @orderctrl to unify everything after checkout.
The goal is simple:
Fewer tickets.
Faster resolutions.
Happier customers.
More repeat purchases.
New revenue from protection.
Lower app costs from consolidating tools.

Is there a tool that can take rough tweet ideas, clean them up, auto-tag them, and schedule them at optimal times?
I think in bursts, not daily posts — feels like a huge gap for X / Reddit / LinkedIn marketing.
If this exists, I need it 👀
