We have some amazing teachers here in Chatham. Here are a few of our dual language teachers @SCEBulldogs that were doing a fantastic job modeling and supporting the learning process. You are appreciated and Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! #OneChatham
Disney Parks shared the real-life backstory behind Lari the Armadillo in Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, and it’s awesome.
The project team went on multiple research trips to New Orleans to bring authenticity to the attraction, including finding critters that live in the bayou.
Ted Robledo says that on the last day of one of the research trips, the Imagineers heard some rustling in the bushes and out came an armadillo!
The armadillo, which is pictured below, led to Lari the Armadillo being a part of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, as it confirmed armadillos live in the bayou.
Big shoutout to the real-life Lari the Armadillo for showing up at the right time, leading to the creation of a legendary original character. 🙌
