I'm loving the amount of "I just want to set expectations here..." before the start of every conversation at work today. Soooo, you're basically saying it's not possible. Just say it.
@AshleyHomeStore why do we have to deal with stores directly if there is a customer service line? Stores are unresponsive and clearly say one thing but take it back the next second and then attempt to gaslight the customer.
@AshleyHomeStore Frustrated. Where is my refund? I'm getting the runaround from the store that it's corporate's responsibility to send a refund and now after following up twice with the store they're saying that they don't see any refund attempt every made and won't call me back.
@AlaskaAir I am unable to cancel or reschedule my flight to Seattle tomorrow yet my friend was offered the $125 reschedule fee even though we had the same flight. Can I speak to someone about this? Much appreciated.
