@EaseMyTrip I dont want excuses, I have shared the screenshots from @flyspicejet official twitter account saying they will refund the full amount in the form of actual refund in your bank account. I am understanding that is why I have been patient enough to email you lots if time.

For my @flyspicejet booking, I have a written confirmation from them that they have refunded full amount in the form of actual cash,not credit shell for my PNR. See Screenshots attached (1/2)

Before #Covid_19 I have booked flights for my customers on @EaseMyTrip I have already got confirmation from both the operating airlines about the full refund but my client has not got a single refund amount till now. @nishantpitti please look into the matter personally. (2/2)

@bangkok_airways I got flight cancellation notification from the airline on 23rd March 2020. Till now my agency has not received d refund amount. As the flight has been cancelled from the airline itself, I am eligible for full refund. PNR: MFS7GA. Please process the refund ASAP!
