Absolutely pathetic customer service by @BAHLOfficial . On a 10+ yr old account, I’m stuck in an endless loop regarding a debit card issue. Helpline says "visit branch," branch says "call helpline." No ownership, no solution.

I get a full bill for a month where my internet was basically a myth. I complained the entire time, & they finally decided to maybe fix it two days ago. I'll be shocked if it's still working tomorrow. The sheer nerve to charge me for this 'service' is impressive.@PTCLOfficial
