I -think- everything is fine now. However, take this as a warning to all @Twitch streamers. Watch out for this fraud phishing scam. It's origin e-mail is:

Yes, I know retrospectively how obvious it is, but I didn't see the sender initially. But if it happens to you, change your information quickly, disconnect twitch from all other connected apps, and contact @TwitchSupport immediately.

I logged into Twitch, removed my phone number from the account, changed my password, and re-updated my payment information. That's when I saw "[email protected]" was the PayPal account that my Twitch was changed to. Their phishing program had logged in and changed it...
