@Livpure Complaint raised on 2 Jul for my RO, still no resolution. Engineer visited on 10 Jul and said the RO would be replaced, but no request has been processed. I've made multiple calls and emails to customer care with no response.

Don’t buy Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO. They’ve created a monopoly by installing a chip inside so you can’t get it serviced externally. After paying 20K for the RO,charge 6K every year for service + filters. You’re forced to change filters yearly. ❌Not recommended!
