@RoyalJordanian I never once confirmed it never had anything valuable! In fact it was probably the most valuable bag out of them all, containing all my papers and degrees and personal items! Hence why it was in my backpack 😀.

No mention of the disrespect? No mention that i was threatened by your own staff? I didn’t choose my backpack to be tagged i was forced because A) the other two bags had a ps5 and a laptop. Therefore, can’t go😅

Payed an extra fee that was unfair and i stated why in my case in details!

Alongside the delay, extra expenses and having to trek from Irbid to Amman!

None of these have been addressed.

In the only phone call I’ve managed to get through in the last two months, I was told that a refund may be unlikely because I did not submit a claim - despite the fact that I was never given the information required to do so.

Because of this, I had no ability to submit a baggage claim upon arrival. The bag showed up the next day which added more expenses, time and effort to go back and claim it as it wasn’t covered to be “delivered” 🤣
