Steal this sauce for cold email:
NEVER send a calendar link to a positive reply.
Have someone call them within a minute of the reply landing.
Here's the path every reply takes in our system:
> EmailBison catches the reply
> n8n sends it through an AI intent check
> Positive replies land in Slack
> Someone on the team calls
When a positive reply picks up the phone, 80-90% of them book the meeting.
Answered by email inside 5 minutes, it's 20-30%.
After an hour, it drops to about 5%.
Everything before the call runs on autopilot (the prospect’s number comes from the enrichment we already ran on the list).
The only manual step left is picking up the phone.
I've spent the last few years taking teams from zero systems to running on autopilot…
And before this I was the only software guy at a GTM agency.
Some context:
I'm Jacob, Chief Software Engineer at @pipeline_tech
Chris brings in the clients and my brother Will runs delivery.
I build what they both run on, so we can stay lean as we add clients.
Our team's numbers across 100+ B2B companies:
> 17M+ cold emails sent
> $100M+ in B2B pipeline
> 2,000+ positive replies a month
> 50-100 campaigns launched a day from a terminal
Week one, I rebuilt onboarding so it pre-fills from a client's domain.
Chris and Will now have half the work on every new client (and it's only week two).
Next up is taking Will's weekly delivery tasks off his plate.
What I'll be posting on here:

If every new client means more manual work for your team, this is the account to follow.
honest question. when was the last time you actually compared the data going into your automations with what came out the other end. not the workflow status. the actual field values
I'm rebuilding an iMac 27" 2011 (macOS 10.12.6 has too many software limitations).
The iMac is disassembled and I'm trying to keep an OEM feel so I hooked up the original power cable to an external PSU.
Any tips on how I can hook up the OG power cable to the display board?
