I'm back! The last four months have been a whirlwind. I closed three of my startups, launched a new one, focused on teaching, and—oh, I'm now running an ecommerce business!
@oneup_today You got 9 more to go! I just signed up. So far your up is looking good and it was easy to sign up.
Beautiful UI so I think it's just a matter of promotion.
Have you tried posting it on reddit fitness sub? What are some of the marketing efforts you've tried so far?
Marketing isn't an afterthought—it's a core part of your product.
Start building your audience from day one. Blog, tweet, engage in communities.
Your early adopters are out there waiting to be found.
Technical debt is real, and it can cripple your startup's growth.
While moving fast is important, take time to refactor and maintain clean code.
Your future self (and team) will thank you.
Every time I feel those anxiety attack, I write them down then I put a little reminder to check it the next day.
When I calm down, I have clarity to write down an action plan beside it.
I don’t go and write a full journal. Just a sentence or like a couple of words.
This for me is the start of taking action.
