Giannis says Kevin Durant is the toughest player he’s ever had to guard and the best scorer of all time:
“Toughest player gotta be KD. Great talent. Probably the best scorer of all time.”

Now imagine this but for an 82 game season, and that’s the roster that people think is better without Kevin Durant.
KD averaged 26-6-5 on 64 TS to lead this team to 52 wins under these circumstances. Give that man his flowers.
@Stunna999_ The man is hustling. He just needs to be consistent enough offensively and defensively, and not force shots when he has a teammate wide open. Sengun's young and still promising, hope he figures it out
There’s a 100% chance this team wins the finals if they were healthy.
They took the NBA champion Bucks to 7 with no Kyrie and Harden on 1 leg, and lost because Durant hit a shot with his foot on the 3PT line.
It will never be remembered that way.
Doesn't play injured --> Ducking
Plays injured --> Gets laughed at for not being 100%
Not on bench --> Hates team / quit
Is on bench --> Faking chemistry
Can't ever win lmaoo
Regardless of how the fans feel about the outcome of this series, I want every player and coach to play like they can still win the series and that’s exactly how they played tonight.
Those saying Kevin Durant “quit on his team in the middle of the playoffs” are clueless.
KD played in 78 of 82 games this season… at 37-years-old.
He suffered an unlucky knee injury in practice and missed Game 1.
He played through injury, and suffered ANOTHER unlucky injury to his ankle in Game 2, which he played through.
This injury usually sidelines players 2+ weeks… KD is going through around-the-clock treatment. That’s why he’s not on the bench.
The Rockets aren’t as good without KD. That’s why they’re down 3-0.
Don’t buy into online narratives. KD just had bad luck, and is still the main reason the Rockets were a top 5 seed this season in the first place.
