I had booked two flight tickets from Bangalore to Chandigarh which was supposed to depart at 21.15 on 19th June with PNR I16UPL.
We reached the airport almost 1 hour before the departure time but still the on duty staff was not providing the boarding passes at first, but after several requests he gave us the boarding passes.
After the security checking when we reached at the departure boarding gates we were informed that we will not be allowed to onboard the flight and we were asked immediately to exit the airport.
We were told that they have called us but we have not received any call and we have the evidence as well.There was no announcement regarding the final call as well.
At around 23.58 PM we received an email that the flight has been delayed for almost 8 hours and would get depart at 4.30 am on 20th June.
My first question to your management is this the way Air India operate and harass your loyal customer.
Because of this mis management I took two Indigo flight tickets for almost thirty one thousand Rupees at around 9.30 PM on 19th June which would depart at 20th June at around 4.40 am
Now my question is why Air India did not inform immediately once the flight got delayed then we would have wait to take the same flight instead of spending another 30k on Indigo flights as both flights would depart at the same time.
I have already requested for the refund but I would expect Air India will take care for the compensation as well of the flight fare I spent on Indigo flight because of this mis management.
Please let me know if you want any documents as an evidence.
Also I am waiting for your reply asap and happy to discuss further regarding the compensation and refund.

@myntra@MyntraSupport : I ordered an item on 18th Jan,2024 (Order id: 1257479-0295575-2188703). I was delivered a wrong product, that too with Brand name tag. When I raised a request to return it, my return has request has been cancelled. kindly look into it.
