Official Statement

Hi Liwanag! We wanted to start this really long post by saying daghang salamat Cebu for being such a wonderful audience last Saturday. You were an amazing start for our The Traveller Across Dimensions Tour and this will always be a core memory for us. We also wanted to thank all the supporters of last night’s Daddy Aid Festival. It was an honor to perform para kay Daddy A and we are grateful that we got to support the fundraiser.

Unfortunately, we also have some bad news. Our bandmate and dear friend Jam has been dealing with De Quervain’s tendinosis and “Drummer’s Wrist” for the past couple of weeks, affecting her left arm’s ability to play the drums. She still continued to rehearse with the band for the past weekend’s performances though, while working with specialists to manage her pain.

We want to assure everyone that the condition is temporary and treatable – it’s something that many drummers have gone through and recovered from. But to properly heal, Jam’s doctor has advised her to completely rest her left wrist for at least the entire month of June. While we will miss the energy and magic she shares with us on stage, her health is our utmost priority.

Since Jam will be unable to join our June performances, we will be rescheduling our The Traveller Across Dimensions shows in Bacolod and Davao. We want our fans to see and hear the full experience of our album live, so we believe that rescheduling our June shows is the best direction for the tour.

We are praying for Jam’s speedy recovery. She will always have our unwavering support and we hope you could wish her a “get well soon,” too. In the meantime, please be patient with us as we finalize details regarding the Bacolod and Davao shows.
