I lowkey think desi elders use “naseeb” as a way to whitewash their terrible decisions for their children. Ghalat aadmi se shaadi kara di? Bechari ka naseeb hi bura tha, kya karein. Just no sense of accountability whatsoever.
Content creation is honestly one of the best things in India. One of my friends has 70K followers on Instagram, collaborates with big brands, charges around ₹40K per reel, and earns over ₹2 lakh a month. 😭
army men have raped women, homeless men have raped women, daily wage workers have raped women, farmers have raped women, delivery boys have raped women, cab drivers have raped women, street sellers have raped women,
what is your point here?
let modi paglu women have one to one conversations with orange scarf goons about women's rights and bodily autonomy, and watch the entire romanticization wash off within seconds
I sincerely encourage every Indian to visit at least one developed country.
Even if it’s not Europe or the U.S., visit China or Vietnam it will open your eyes.
You’ll experience what real governance, meritocracy and urban planning look like.
Then you realise how taxpayers are looted in India and provide average Infra, garbage all around, no clean air and mediocre politicians
"It's not that India lacks resources; it lacks responsible governance."
women's issues are being ignored again cos a rickshaw wallaah is wiping his sweat with emotional song playing in the background
but one rickshaw wallah kidnapped a 13-year-old, raped her, and sold her to 4 different hotels where she was kept drugged and raped by 32 men
These mere fresh-off-the-boat Indians have no civic sense, behaving like this on the escalator. A British person had to tell them to get a room, and that girl with no manners or morals told him to shut up. Seriously! No, we don’t behave like this! Bloody animals; animals behave like that in public.
One Indian tradition I have never understood.
A woman loses her husband, and suddenly her family, relatives and society start imposing restrictions. No sindoor, no bindi, no colourful bangles. In some families, she's even expected to wear only white sarees.
Someone has already lost her husband. She is already sad. In fact, it should be the opposite. Society should be thinking about how to make her happy, how to support her and how to help her live again.
She needs more happiness and support than other people because she is already going through the loss.
But if she starts wearing makeup and jewellery again, dressing well or living happily, society will say - Her husband died, and look how much she is enjoying.
Think about it for a second - How is any of this going to help? Is it helping the woman? Is it helping society? Is the person who died getting any peace because his wife stopped wearing a bindi or sindoor?
Or is there an inherent issue in society that says, “How can you be happy if your husband has died?”
If somebody dies and the other person is not allowed to be happy again, then that person's life is also practically dead while living.
Poor men also rape and murder women.try this men's poverty card somewhere else. Men are so dumb women are talking about women safety and incel on twitter be like but men are poor💔 like all women are rich by default? do you even know what poor women goes through in this country!
Girls, if you want to save your life, do not marry boys from the following states:
UP
Bihar
Rajasthan
Haryana
MP
Instead, go for South Indian, Gujarati, or Bengali boys.
Thank me later.
I’m 25 and I’m gonna graduate college at 27. Most of my friends have multiple kids and are married. Prob gonna be an intern at 28/29. Life will continue whether you go to uni or not. The day you stop adhering to this mindset of a “social clock” is the day you’ll know
peace.
Any politician whose children study abroad and hold foreign citizenship should be disqualified from contesting elections.
Only those should contest whose children live in India and hold only Indian citizenship.
Reservation in India should no longer be caste-based, it should be gender-based. Women should be given top priority in every sector, be it the government or private sector, IITs, or college placements. Women should be given a chance to prove that they can replace men everywhere.
the line bw afghanistan and india is getting blurry and i really need y’all to understand this. They literally proposed for manusmriti to be taught in schools we should genuinely be scared for our lives rn lol
Everytime a mother blames the clothes of someone else’s daughter for the latter’s rape, she teaches someone else’s son, including her own, that a girl is responsible for his crime.
That has to stop.
