@arizonasuncats WOD 200 yds jogging, 100 yd toe walking, 100 yd heel walking 200 yd arm swings fwd/bkwd. 2 min shoulder matrix with 3-5 lbs, worlds greatest stretch walking 50 yds, 2 min swimmers curls, bench hamstring stretches, side lying hip matrix and 250 abdominal crunches.
