@lufthansa This airline is the absolute worst. They delayed our flight by 2 days and stuck us in the grossest hotel in a country I don’t know.

Every employee was less than helpful and made us come back to the airport everyday and wait in hours of lines to get the next days hotel voucher. Oh,and I went to the airport at 8am to get the next nights voucher but it was “too early” so I had to go twice that day. What a waste.
