How is it that a global company such as @British_Airways can't get their act together to provide a decent app, which doesn't require a Masters in IT and the patience of Job to check in. Absolute shambles EVERY TIME. (Not helped with them cxlling my 11am flight at 3am!)

@British_Airways No...after two attempts online and three via the app, I'm booked in. However, I wasn't able to change my seat (tried twice for that). I realise you didn't build the app, but why is it so bad?!?
