@theo Yes, Sennheiser almost never disappoints!
I am still using momentum TW 2 when training, tho the battery after 6 years are I think on its last legs, but quality of those buds are great and I am still trying to convince myself to stop using them finally and try something new
@andruyeung not sure, maybe my brain cells are already lost because of AI but I dont agree with the fact that AI is making our brain power worse. I think instead people instead need more emotional training not that they brain capabilities are bad.
weekly check-in, 28 september to 4 october
how many of your own notes would you actually recognise if you opened them today?
i cleaned up my brand files this week, after weeks of generating more and more app design examples and md files, and couldn't recall what was in half of them
i've been cleaning up my branding files, and one line said my app should be "calm but awake". i thought i was a genius, I defined the whole vibe in three words
but ai can't really get that. when people explain things to each other, we also hear the tone and see the gestures and body language, so even abstract ideas like this make more sense. ai only gets the words, without 80% of all the rest of the context
so you can't just give it three words and expect your app to look the way you imagined. the idea needs more definition, closer to "do this, don't do that", and i need to do better job of learning to speak its language
i’m finally using the notebooks I bought instead of just leaving them on my desk. taking notes, throwing pages away, watching them get thinner
and i’m getting excited because soon ill get to buy another cute notebook and it makes my heart feel a bit of a joy
i wanted to give my app 3 to 5 themes so people wouldn’t waste time customising it and could get on with their work.
ended up “exploring” 24 colour options myself, getting overwhelmed by 5 shades of grey and getting absolutely nothing done :)
weekly check-in, 21–27 september
this week was all about my app’s themes and the overall branding.
i’m working towards five complete themes with a few simple comfort adjustments. i want people to get comfortable and get on with their work without lots of setup.
on the branding side, i defined the values, what’s important to me, and got much clearer on the vision and plans. it feels like going from fog to a much clearer road.
i don't get it either but i view it from the point of understanding that i think some people maybe don't have the luxury of peace at their homes or the apartments feels so cramped that for the working in the coffee shop is a treat. not sure is it like that but at least that's an explanation I understand...
