@AmazonHelp I also tried return order hoping that delivery agent will get it back from where they delivered. BUT It asked me to pack the missing items and post. :( @amazonIN
What is this behaviour? I want refund or the items delivered to me to correct address. @AmazonHelp

One order shows package was handed to resident but it isn't delivered.
2 Orders delivered but cctv shows only one order received to home. Looks like other order is delivered to wrong address/home.
How to deal with this? @amazonIN

@AmazonHelp Hi, I observed that pin code in the address was wrong and I am reaching out because shared site also says If your package was marked as delivered and you have not received the package, contact us within 7 days of the order being marked as delivered. @AmazonHelp

New Scam in Benguluru Cab Services.

1. I booked a cab from Banashankari Bus Stop to Kempegowda Airport because of time constraints.

2. After reaching the airport, Nama Yatri asked the driver to pay the driver (₹739) via UPI etc.

9. I called him a couple of times after that day, he blocked all my numbers. He didn't return the change.

10. I raised tickets in the NamaYatri application but no use. No communication from them too.

Since there is no proper handling at @nammayatri, drivers are misusing it.

6. I gave him 2 ₹500 notes and expected change. He said he didn't have any and will send via UPI after some time.

7. I gave my number and entered the Airport.

8. After the security check, I called him to send the change back. He said he will do that right away.

A service center worker crashed the Harrier at a very high speed while it was there for service. After the incident, they asked the customer to file a claim, and when he refused, they abused him, used caste slurs, and said he doesn't have to buy these cars (as per the owner) . Today, I lost all of my data including chat, backup, settings etc in WhatsApp because I was one of the beta tester for WhatsApp App.
I realized hard way that I was dependent way more on WhatsApp.
