@AshFarms "in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God"
The process of becoming made new again, will slowly show you true love and the truth that is behind the purity of His love. It's not always sunshine and rainbows. But it's worth it!
@AshFarms You'll learn ultimately that God will lead you to the right church. Jesus is waiting and yearning to be on our hearts and form a relationship. It's a process and just know you're doing exactly what you're suppose to. If anything, just keep praying. Any + all situations, pray
We all know baseball requires confidence. There's something about it that analytics can't measure. Think about the guys who shove with way less stuff, but way more guts and boldness (for better terms).
But what creates confidence?

3. Work harder than the rest.
It will become natural and who you are. Not something you do every other week. Train your emotions to work hard even when you don't want to. When you're in the game it's a reserve that you have in your pocket that nobody else does.
Whether you play baseball, golf, or tennis, rotational power is essential for faster swings and more explosive movements.
These med ball variations are designed to enhance force transfer, improve sequencing, and build intent—helping you unlock peak performance.

A lot of athletes / parents want to jump right on the mound- and see results.
Just like anything worth chasing. There's delayed gratification. Learn how to move and be an athlete, and the game will be a lot more fun for a long time
After 10 years of pitching lessons, a lot of them with youth athletes as well, I've realized 3 major things that help them the most:
1. Spend more time with body weight exercises
2. Med ball throws
3. Arm action (build the foundation now to have more potential later)
Trying a pre- throw drill such as the med ball ER taps. Focusing on being loose into the rebound and freeing up the brain/ body to trust the layback that comes with throwing
As simple as it seems - could be one piece to the puzzle
When coming off an injury- even if cleared
It's important to have check points even if your pain is relatively gone.
Know where you were at your best, and take video to compare. Seeing this slowed down shows the arm is hesitant to go into ER and some guarding going on.
Athletes have more advantages than ever with the information available....
However, I see more athletes with information overload than anything.
Never knowing the right things to do or feeling like they're not doing enough.
Have a WHY for your routine and drills you do.
Adding to the arsenal for athletes. I think adding in high to low chops is one of the best ways to naturally load the hip and get the feel of it. #tidaltank@tidaltank
@joshgessner In my experience having an outlet was a huge game changer in balancing life in pro baseball. It's a fine line and the best are able to turn it on and off. I think trading the market is such an emotional, hyper focused activity that it was doing more draining than refueling.
@sweatystartup Can't disagree (minor leaguer for 8 years) but the journey for professional athletes brings an advantage In the real world... if they decide to use it and get out of their comfort zone
@MarketPalmer_ Now your $ is locked away in a house that you're unable to easily get to, market value can fluctuate, mortgage tax deduction is erased, and you're missing out on huge opportunity cost and compounding of that $ earning you $.
