@Slackonbothsydz I feel like people overlook that. Yes, Kurtis Blow came out first and had success. He was a star. LL was a legitimate SUPERSTAR when at that time being a billed as a solo artist wasn’t the blueprint for success. He doesn’t get enough credit for that IMO.

@etbowser I think I’m on the opposite end of the spectrum. I loved and still love Brown Sugar. But Voodoo changed me. I didn’t connect with another album like that until TPAB.

@brandonousley I can’t even get over he fact someone thought they could compare these two albums. The only thing they have that makes them close is that they were both released in 2000. That’s it.
