Today I sat in court all day with Dawn 👇🏽 and her sister who is also a Clarion tenant and suffered with disrepair. 27 months after her first complaint about sewage leaking into her home. Of all the cases I’ve dealt with, the treatment and gaslighting by Clarion was by far one of the worst.

Today she had her day in court and was vindicated. We sat and watched Clarion Housing Associations defence completely collapse in front of us, even after using a large law firm. They had to offer her the compensation amount she had originally asked for but more importantly, she proved they had monumentally failed her and her daughter whilst trying to gaslight and blame her for her own suffering over the years.
