केंद्रीय मंत्रिमंडल ने EPFO के तहत वेतन सीमा बढ़ाकर ₹25,000 प्रति माह करने को मंजूरी दे दी है।

इस बदलाव का सीधा असर उन कर्मचारियों पर पड़ सकता है जिनकी सैलरी मौजूदा EPFO वेतन सीमा से अधिक है और जो अब तक अनिवार्य EPF कवरेज से बाहर थे।

इस फैसले के संभावित फायदे:

• कर्मचारियों की रिटायरमेंट सेविंग्स बढ़ सकती हैं

📌 ₹25,000 की नई सीमा का मतलब यह नहीं है कि हर कर्मचारी को ₹25,000 पर EPF कटौती मिलेगी। EPF योगदान और कवरेज के नियमों को समझना जरूरी होगा।

यह फैसला खास तौर पर उन नए कर्मचारियों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हो सकता है जो अभी EPFO के अनिवार्य कवरेज की सीमा से ऊपर हैं।
