day one here.
biotech degree. a past in genetics. a day job in data. and one iOS app in the App Store, built alone, mostly because i can't sit still.
documenting what happened, what's happening, and whatever comes next. powered by curiosity & delusion.
two people wake up at 6am. same run, same cold shower, same clean desk.
one of them is taking care of themselves. the other is paying off a debt they never agreed to.
if you shrug and go again tomorrow, it's coming from care.
if you spend the whole day treating yourself like a failure, it's coming from somewhere else.
if you were waiting for a sign, this is a decent one.
not because it's going to work. you don't get to know that yet, and waiting doesn't buy you the answer any cheaper.
you start, and then you find out.
your brain isn't warning you. it's forecasting.
on zero rows of data, because the thing hasn't happened yet.
chemistry calls that wall activation energy. the reaction gives energy back. it just needs a push to start.
you don't need more courage. you need a smaller first step.
one of the most underrated skills in life is learning how to reset quickly.
not because bad things stop happening to you.
but because you stop letting them consume you.
they finally approved my new version after almost 3 weeks 😭😭
nudgio now has chat, maps + calendar and i’m way too excited about this release
it’s midnight and i literally cannot sleep lol
putting yourself out there means
being willing to be rejected,
to be wrong,
to look stupid,
to try and fail.
but it also means giving life
something to work with.
because nothing happening
is also an outcome.
and sometimes the biggest risk
is not taking one.
the less you put yourself out there,
the fewer chances life has to surprise you.
you can’t meet people
you never let yourself meet.
you can’t find opportunities
you never make yourself available for.
you can’t discover what’s possible
if you never leave what’s familiar.
