Do the right things #Discipline

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@ohtracyanne @JohnPan_io Yeah, that can be really awkward, especially if you’re not used to being on camera! Hahahaha!

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@altonpnfl @JohnPan_io So true! It feels like you’re just another name on a list. 😮‍💨

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@eplilwosh @JohnPan_io Yeah, it’s hard to stand out when so many people are applying. 🥲

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@ayeegutierrez_ @JohnPan_io That’s really unfair! They should at least give us feedback or some kind of update. 🥲

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@JKervyPasana @JohnPan_io Exactly! It would be nice to get at least some feedback to know where you stand. 🙂

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@Arche0289 @JohnPan_io Yeah, rejection is tough, but it’s all part of the process. We gotta keep going! 🙏

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@moonchild06018 @JohnPan_io That’s so frustrating! You put in the effort, and they don’t even acknowledge it. 😮‍💨

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@rheatabian43102 @JohnPan_io I get this a lot! Not knowing what went wrong makes it hard to improve. 🥺

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@fredericbandong @JohnPan_io Yeah, it can be really tough, especially for those just starting out in remote work. 😁

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@RembertBanagan @JohnPan_io So true! Uploading a resume should be enough, but they still make you fill out everything. 😅

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@jenfajut @JohnPan_io Exactly! Even a short response would help, but most of the time, there’s nothing. 😔😔

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@diala_lalala @JohnPan_io Yeah, it feels like you're just sending your application into a black hole.

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@roxasvanvan @JohnPan_io That’s the worst part! After putting in all that effort, a simple update would be nice enough.

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@annaluzapolo @JohnPan_io I agree! It's frustrating to go through so many steps only to find out the pay isn’t even worth it.

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@khajieley @JohnPan_io True! It’s so important to be careful and do some research before applying.

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@rizanzacarias @JohnPan_io Yeah, it can feel like a never ending cycle of filling out forms with no guarantee of a response.

[French John Mangigo @itsmeFJM]

@JohnPan_io One thing that I dislike about Applying for jobs online feels saturated, especially in the Philippines, where remote work is highly preferred. Despite the challenge, I stay persistent until I find the right opportunity.
