There was a baby chimp born at The Sedgwick County Zoo, the baby had to be put on oxygen for a few days. This is a clip of it being reintroduced to its mother for the first time.

My last remaining grandparent, my Papaw Dock passed away Saturday afternoon at the blessed old age of 92. Even though I hadn’t been able to go see him in several years, I can still hear his laugh and smell his chewing tobacco.

Yesterday, we made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our feeble old man. It won’t be the same around here without him, but he was letting us know it was time to help him go peacefully. He left a big ol’ paw print in all of our hearts & will be missed so very much. 🐾💙
