omg 🥹 op said in a closed-off environment like the military, if he wanted to inform us [carats] about his injury through wv, he would have had to get permission from above, and they don't know exactly how far up the chain it had to go, but he probably would've needed approval from his superiors too.
even while injured, he was thinking of the carats and his fans first and trying to let us know. so op is hoping that everyone can put aside all the pessimistic or negative predictions and just support hoshi 🥹

also, op said that if you search hoshi on a search engine right now, articles have already started popping up one after another. usually, when a celebrity gets injured, the company makes an official announcement, or people find out when they’re medically discharged from the military but he informed us first even before they had even scheduled his surgery. he literally had absolutely nothing to gain from doing that, but he did it because he was worried that the fans would be worried. 🥺
