@Hyundai My car is broken down and still under warranty. The dealer can't even diagnose it for 2 weeks, and Hyundai's response is basically "oh well." I might get a loaner after diagnosis. Until then, I'm without a vehicle. How is this acceptable customer service?

Why can I not even get a call back from anyone. I just need the name of my 3rd party warranty company. I thought it was thru Hyundai but apparently not and no one can give me info. @lasvegashyundai does not even have the courtesy to return a call.

@tatertotsconor @blkspdermans As a parent of an addict, I did everything and then some to try and get help. It is not always the parents fault. You are 100% correct, getting sober and staying sober are 2 different things. Sadly, my beautiful girl took her own life due to addiction.
