If questions were asked you should’ve answered them first before taking our bags. Or if she didn’t understand us, she should’ve called for help right away. We still kept our composure, because we know they messed up. We didn’t scream or what not. Just not flying with @Delta again

That was our 1st time flying with @Delta as a family yet they gave us a traumatizing experience. They should’ve at least explained prior checking in our bags what we have to pay because we asked them so many times and no response at all. She just kept asking “how many bags?”

Asking @Delta as to why we have to pay and why didn’t the agent say so while taking the carry on bag, they couldn’t answer it. They just said we have to pay. So frustrating as I have a screaming toddler, we’ve been in line waiting for a valid explanation but ended up paying.

@Delta agent insisted we could check in 3 bags. But we only have 1 check in luggage so we gave her our carry on. After checking them in she called her colleague and he told us we have to pay for all the check in bags which was 60€ each.

The check in @Delta agent in CDG did not answer any of our questions upon checking in. Our flight was rebooked through them and it was the worst ever. We asked them if the carry on is free of charge if we check them in as it was the previous flight, no answer at all.
