I now have a full grill my weight is up, off opiates 100%. I still get sore stiffness and spasms but learn to deal without any medications.

Another thing after gastricbypass 85% of the people who have it lose their teeth, vitamin deficiency, so imagine how embarrassed I was.

Wanted you guys to know that I have had five total back surgeries. Got a little down on myself and depressed a lot better and stronger now.
