Waking up means facing reality. It might mean ending relationships. It might mean leaving a job or moving to a new place. All of this is scary and uncertain. This is why so many people live their entire lives in autopilot— even when they’re miserable.
Successful relationships aren’t about two healed people coming together to have the perfect relationship.
They’re about two unhealed people learning love beyond survival mode.
They’re about two unhealed people giving each other mutual trust and acceptance.
They’re about two unhealed people creating a safe space for freedom and evolution.
#LDS financial professors have analyzed #LDS $ for 5 years and determined that the @Ch_JesusChrist can operate independently indefinitely and still give $1B each year for humanitarian work. It no longer needs tithing.

Reminder to #LDS members:
We worship God who loves us infinitely.
We do not worship the
prophet
church
temple
Book of Mormon
apostles
bishop
heterosexual nuclear family
our ancestors, or
Joseph Smith.
I often think about how prophet Joseph F. Smith, after the 10% tithe was instituted, said there would come a day when the @Ch_JesusChrist had enough money in its storehouse that members wouldn't have to tithe to it anymore
I wonder if we've hit that point yet. & if not, why not?
Signs Your Body Is In Fight Or Flight:
1. You want to scream, yell, or curse someone out
2. Your heart is racing and your chest is tight
3. You feel out of control or overwhelmed
4. You "black out" (dissociate)
5. You're on edge or irritable and find yourself snapping at people even though you don't want to
6. 'Small' things are triggering you and you feel overstimulated
Action Step: Do you have the awareness of when your body is in a fight (sympathetic nervous system state) and know how to soothe yourself?
