@DIRECTVhelp I’ve called twice I spoke to customer service agents who told me that there was nothing they can do. There is no rebates or anything available so unfortunately My Bill; is about to increase to nearly $300. This is really sad for reasons you will never understand.

@DIRECTV as a loyal customer for over 25 years. The fact that my bill keeps increasing and there’s nothing you all are willing to do to help lower the cost is sad. And the customer service agent I just talked to sounded very unbothered when I said I was going to leave @DIRECTV
