π I've seen some great onboarding programmes and some terrible ones. I've recently seen an employee mentorship programme for new hires that blew my mind (in a good way).
If you're an employer, the ability to onboard new employees quickly and more importantly
went out of their way to collaborate with the newbies almost immediately. I saw two things that came out of this:
β The employee got up to speed quicker than I've seen before and their job satisfaction scores were some of the best I've seen too.
