@DunelmUK hi, I made two separate orders and have sadly received broken or faulty goods for both. I ordered 3 of the tea candle holders and one came chipped and broken. Please can you advise?
I received a pair of dodgy raybans from @FeelGoodContact - within a week they fall apart. Paid nearly full price and this is the response I get in 2024 wear and tear? I’d be interested to know what is covered if it falls apart within a week- shocking customer service
@DunelmUK Hi Matt, please could I just get a refund for now? I might reorder during a larger order. I remember I ordered my first planter and it didn’t break bc it was in a larger more secure box. Thanks.

@johnlewishelp ordered a tv stand from you guys which arrived today but imagine my confusion to find so many green scuff marks on a brand new product. On top of this. A screw was missing for one of the shelves so it’s very unstable. Please can you advise??

@UberUKsupport Just to show you how stupid this situation is.. I made another order tonight after my first got cancelled and the courier found my flat no problem! So why couldn’t the first order be delivered? And why can’t I get a refund?
@BootsUK who would I talk to to chat about why I can’t upload my club card vouchers on either desktop or mobile? I spent over £100 online just now and was entitled to triple points and couldn’t upload- seriously frustrating
