@Verizon AND… i love how we’ve brushed under the rug over 10hrs of lithe network being down - losing money, missing calls & not being able to access my kids. I have 4 lines and you all offered $20 FLAT, not even per line, for inconvenience, chaos & loss. The audacity is HIGH!!

@SecretaryPete There needs to be an overall investigation into airlines price-gouging, PERIOD. They do it ALL the time, especially in certain seasons & to certain places. It’s not even competitive, it’s ridiculous. Then they add extra fees.
