@milwwstars Literally while Rhaena was riding Sheepstealer I was yelling WTF! A dragon doesn't disobey, they are MAGICALLY connected with their rider. They are an extension of their dragonlord. They don't need High Valyrian commands. Daenerys only did that because she hadn't had training.

@eldarielentari Dragons are magically bonded with their rider, they have some otherworldly connection that understands the desires of the rider. Using High Valyrian words is only something that appeared with Daenerys. Theoretically Sheepstealer would have understood Rhaena's commands fine.
