@PBBMGB @JimShull It's majority owned by the government. Disney didn't start construction of a second park and the government didn't want them to. They felt the first park and the resort needed to be more financially stable first before another park was added.

Richard Sherman's last verse of "it's a small world" will be added to the attraction at Disneyland Park on July 17 in celebration of the park's 70th anniversary. Sherman wrote the verse in the summer of 2023 and it was his final gift to the studio.

NEW: Hong Kong Disneyland will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the park this summer with "The Most Magical Party of All," including the largest daytime parade in the park's history called "Friendtastic" and a new 20th anniversary daytime castle show.
