Pathetic customer service. My card expired 2 months back and I still haven’t got it even after multiple requests. I have stopped using RBL as my primary bank now. If my card didn’t get delivered, I might choose to close the account.

@Decathlon - Order ID - 2430091056. I received a failed delivery message which is incorrect. I never requested for a future delivery. Why would your delivery team updates fake information? Do you care to investigate?
