@AxisBank for sb to nro change you expect customer to send e adhaar attested copy to be sent in 15 days from abroad to branch. Does it make any sense? You dont have system to verify name, dob and address if it is beyond 15 days ? Just harassment to customers.

Was surprised to see charge of $24.48 post completing my charging. While charging the rates displayed were $0.26, I was sure when I connected super charger the time was one min post 11PM.
Wisely charged rate of $0.48 per kwh and charged double.
Plz fix.

Sir, there are pending registrations across SRO from April 2023 due to upgrade in Kaveri software. I have got 2 papers registration initiated in old software, due to query by SRO the file was pending. Now after upgrading new s/w old files are not getting cleard
