That’s why she needs a major rebrand. It’s not bout her being distant it’s bout what her fanbase has focused on for years : HER PERSONAL LIFE OVER HER ART. No other A list artist’s fanbase does this to the same extent. It’s a shame we have to heavily rely on the gp for success.

I’d agree but the problem is she doesn’t really cater to her core fanbase like artists/celebrities who move like that do. Beyoncé can disappear because her fans feel prioritized. Selena feels more distant now so the fanbase just keeps decreasing.
