@EmiratesNBD_AE So, I am going to call again on weekend and hopefully i will have an answer. Rest assured, I am going to close my account as soon as this issue is resolved and I get my money back. I have been with EmiratesNBD for 13 years and I think its time I move on.

@EmiratesNBD_AE For god sake please disable your EVA. It's most annoying thing ever! I had to call 10 times to get a option to speak to an agent.. and now i am being told expected wait time is over 5 mins.. 😳

Yes, after waiting for 1 hour 20 mins I was able to talk to an advisor. I shared the complaint ref number and he suggested me to call back after 3-5 working days for an update. (cont)
