I’m guilty of this. So this is also a message to myself. Don’t get so caught up in motion to the point where it just becomes another form of procrastination. It’s good to plan and to learn, but apply the knowledge
Be aware of the difference between being in motion and taking action. Motion being you’re planning, strategizing and learning. Which is good, but it doesn’t produce a result. Where as action, is the type of behaviour that will deliver an outcome
Example: it doesn’t matter how many times you talk to the personal trainer. The motion will never get you in shape. Only the action of working out will get you the result you’re looking for
