Keep your mind Genz, your soul Millennial.

I was born in 2005, which with all means makes me a genz. But the truth is i’ve always felt a little out of sync with this generation.

I find myself more comfortable, at peace spending time with millennials.

Don’t get me wrong, its not like i dislike Genz, but because i see how much conditioning has shaped us over the years — and how hard it is to notice that when you are in it.

Part of this comes from my sister , born in 1999. She had a front row seat to the shift — from downloading MP3 songs and dubsmash on facebook to Spotify and Discord.

From long calls to short dopamine hits by reels. She saw the shift of internet culture before and after algorithms consumed us, and fed me the missing narratives. That gave me the edge, the edge of understanding the peers and also notice the blind spots.

Genz grew up in an era where attention is the currency. Our conditioning rewards speed, curiousity, trends, aesthetics and hyper-awareness of how we’re percieved.

We are fluent in irony and punctured in patience. We are great at creating moments but struggle to sustain meaning. And trust me we are as hollow as much we show it.

Milennials, above all their flaws still carry a slower rhythm — value depth conversations, loyalty to subcultures, and the idea that the internet can be a tool, not just a stage.

See, neither should be categorized as black or white, intead a mosaic which falls into the grey. They are just different environments shaping different reflexes and instincts. But i’ve realized there is a way to combine them.

Thats why, the advice is simple — keep the mind Genz, and soul Millennial.

Because maybe, the real aura boost is learning to hold both.

I created this animation using Adobe Animate on my laptop, and I use a pen tablet for drawing.I sketch my characters or scenes directly in Animate, then use keyframes and motion tweens to animate them.

but honestly — you don’t need fancy tools to start!
You can totally create cool animations on your phone or tablet using free animation or editing apps .
It’s all about creativity — not the tools. Just start with simple ideas, have fun with movement and timing, and keep practicing! 💥

If you want to try it out:

1. Start with a simple scene — like a bouncing ball or blinking eyes.

2. Learn how keyframes, onion skinning, and timeline work in Animate.
