Perhaps this is bad advice (esp from a recruiter): I don't have LinkedIn on my personal phone.

During and after my job search I found that not having LI on my devices was better for my mental health AND productivity.

It's nice being able to actually unplug for four days.

This weekend, I did something I haven’t done in over 5 years since I got my first corporate role…

Compete my horse! Since being laid off in August, I have ridden more than I have since then.

So, I set a goal of doing something “fun” with her before the end of the year. ✅

My new company also has this really cool partnership with a wellness company that provides a stipend towards your monthly health insurance premiums if you meet your quarterly wellness goals... well one of my goals was riding more. So basically, paid to ride my horse. #girlmath

When a recruiter is up front about the requirements, salary, etc... they're not just messing around. It's usually because we don't want to waste your time or ours.

And it's always the people that have "attention to detail" in their resumes. 🥲
