🐰: Hi, I’m Win Metawin co-founder of #souri 🩷
🟧: How do celebrity brands make people love them, even if they don’t know it’s a celebrity brand?
🐰: First, there must be a clear branding. What is the brand's identity? I think SOURI is much cuter than I am. 🥹 I’m a bit on the cool side, but SOURI has a cute and lively vibe like an extroverted Gen Z girl who is friendly and allows everyone to experience different angles through her style and taste. For branding, I think it extends to the customer journey. Every touchpoint of the brand that customers see and experience, we integrate the brand's true identity into all of it.
Second is product innovation, which SOURI is quite skilled at. We create NPDs (New Product Development), generate a "wow effect," and design new products that meet consumer needs at that specific time.
The third aspect, I think, is execution. Since we have multiple branches, if we can't execute successfully, the operations won't run smoothly.
One successful case, I think, is our local exclusive menu. These are provincial signature flavors that are only available in those specific provinces, like we have Hat Yai fried chicken fatcaron. I believe this creates excitement for consumers and makes them want to try our products.
