Why not provide ATM cards or mobile banking facilities for easier withdrawal? Even India has ATM withdrawal systems for senior citizens.

Complaint (N202425006010794) still unresolved. transferred 20k by mistake due to linking my friend's number to another person’s account by Unionbank. They claim the amount is safe, but no action has been taken. Please transfer my money
